The space
Perfect for families wanting space to relax together while still enjoying a little privacy, or for couples travelling together who appreciate having their own retreat at the end of the day.

The home features a private master suite upstairs, complete with ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and lounge area, while two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom and a separate toilet are located downstairs. Two heat pumps ensure year-round comfort, keeping the home warm and cosy during winter and cool throughout the summer months.

The spacious open-plan living area flows seamlessly onto a large deck, making indoor-outdoor living effortless. Enjoy meals around the dining table indoors or outside on the deck, and make the most of the large gas BBQ conveniently located beside the kitchen – perfect for relaxed summer entertaining.

A separate laundry room is provided for your convenience and includes a washing machine, dryer, sink, and clothesline.

For boating enthusiasts, Three Mile Bay boat ramp is less than five minutes away and offers a safe launching point with ample parking. Lake Taupō's beautiful beaches are also nearby, providing excellent spots for swimming, picnics, fishing, and water sports. The property offers plenty of off-street parking for boats, trailers, and vehicles.

A supermarket, cafés, bottle store, and a range of takeaway options are all within a five-minute drive. Families will also enjoy nearby entertainment at DropZone, featuring ten-pin bowling, mini golf, trampolines, and virtual reality games.

To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, and toilet paper.

All linen is supplied, including bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths.

For security, cameras are installed at the front door/driveway and in the backyard only.

Guest access
You'll have the entire property (excluding the locked garage) to yourselves during your stay, including the house, deck, lawn, and outdoor living areas. The spacious driveway and grounds provide plenty of off-street parking for multiple vehicles, boats, and trailers, making it an ideal base for families and boating enthusiasts.

Other things to note
• The garage is not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay.

• A starter supply of essential items is provided for your convenience, including tea, coffee, milk, cooking basics, toiletries, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies.

• The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• Security cameras are installed at the front entrance/driveway and in the backyard for the security of the property. There are no cameras inside the house.

• The property is ideal for families and groups but is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings.

• Please ensure boats, trailers, and vehicles are parked within the property boundaries and do not obstruct neighbouring properties, driveways, or footpaths.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property.

• Pets are not permitted.

• The property includes internal stairs. Young children should be supervised at all times.

• Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
