All that Frye Island has to offer is at your fingertips from this cozy 2-bedroom cottage. Located a four minute walk from one of best beaches on the island and a quick walk to the community center. The cottage comes with a golf cart for you to easily get to all of the island's other 13 beaches. The inside of the cottage has an open-concept floor plan, including a gorgeous three-season sun room, a comfortable living room for watching movies, and a spacious kitchen with an island for sitting and chatting. The two bedrooms sleep up to six with additional futons in the living room and sun room to sleep four more. The bathroom include a washer and dryer and two AC units keep the house cool on hot days. Outside, there is a large deck with two tables for outdoor dining, a large yard wooded on three sides, and a paved patio with a fire pit.
