Nice restaurant on site. Electric cut outs regularly. No gas supply too cooker for 3 days. Front doors had problem with locks. Hot water only last 5 mins and then have to wait 30 mins to warm up again.

comfortable,very clean residence in very nice landscaping with friendly obliging staff.
a warning to visitors from other countries who are used to having more equipment supplied--
there is no toaster,kettle,grill or barbecue and no work surface to prepare meals so even breakfast is a challenge also nothing is supplied for the kitchen such as tea towels,washing up stuff and no condiments etc so you need to bring everything with you or go to the supermarket .
we only went into san teodoro a couple of times and were not very impressed the night market was mostly jewelry and the restaurants very average. we went to ottiolu less than 10 mins drive away south and eat at the restaurants on the harbour,they were better and cheaper with a lovely view.
