About this house rental
The space
A two-story townhouse built for families, with separate living spaces on each floor so parents actually get a night too.
The lower level features the master bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, a cozy reading and living room, a full kitchen and dining area, and a half bath. A back door opens to a private yard with a small propane grill, Adirondack chairs, kids' toy trucks, and a mix of grass and open dirt for playing. A sun shade and a well-established tree keep things cool on hot Texas days.
Upstairs is a second living room with a full entertainment system, sound bar, and subwoofer, perfect for movie nights after the kids are down. For toddlers, there is a support bar with mirror tiles for self-reflection and help peaking out the window. For parents who want to stay active, push-up handles and light weights are available. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom stocked with basic bath toys. The kids' room has a toddler bunk bed with a slide, plus books, and toys. A safety gate is installed at the top with a portable gate which can be used at the bottom of the stairs or in doorways.
The community pool is open seasonally, roughly April through September depending on temperatures, a huge bonus for summer visits. Two playgrounds are available near the pool.
Behind the home, a private driveway accessed by an alley offers a decent spot for chalk art or bike riding with adult supervision; just note that occasional cars do pass through. The garage is locked and not included in the rental.
Pioneer Farms is a 4-minute walk (or 30-second drive) away. Farm animals, live frontier demonstrations, and plenty of space for kids to roam.
