Welcome to the place you'll spend your evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars, gathering around the fire pit, or enjoying the peaceful country surroundings. Families will love the swing set and spacious outdoor areas, while guests of all ages can enjoy the slower pace and fresh air that come with the countryside by the Elk River.

-Bathroom 2 with soaking tub
A full set of stairs lead to the Base Level:
-Pool table
-Living room
-Kids play area
-Bedroom 4 & 5
-Bathroom 3
**Specific amenities we are providing to get you started:
Linens for each Bed
Towels and Washcloths (# on reservation)
Roll of Paper Towels
Bottle of Dish Soap
2-3 Dishwasher Pods
Sponge
4 Trash Bags
Coffee (Medium Roast) 1 packet
Coffee (Decaf) 1 packet
12+ K-cups
2-3 Laundry Detergent pods
2 Rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
Bath essentials - Body soap, shampoo & conditioner
*But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need*
**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.

Well manicured grounds! The detailed pictures was exactly what we got!! Quiet and breathtaking. The property has so much space with a beautiful rental barn that is available for family functions if needed.Grill ready for comfortable dining on the back deck with a view of the sheep’s quarters and an inviting jacuzzi!!! Ahhh… it was so refreshing, relaxing, just what the Dr. prescribed!!Howdy at the entrance!!! A true home away from home with a vacation vibe filled with all necessities you need!!(Food not included} Every room has comfortable beds, so set your alarm if you have scheduled plans!!This was definitely one of our top 3 best rental homes and we are currently planning to return before summer ends!!!
