Half a mile from the beach, our home backs onto the golf course at Seabrook Island. The kitchen opens into the great room, and the back deck faces the fairway. A morning at the beach and an afternoon on the porch make for an easy day. Our two-story layout puts the primary suite on the main floor with its own bath and sliding doors onto the screened porch, the other three bedrooms upstairs. The main floor also holds a study with a game table and dedicated workspace, a half bath, and a full laundry room.

Parking & Logistics
To keep our island pristine, the Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has a few quick rules:

• Gate passes are $45 per vehicle, covering stays from 1 to 179 nights; your first two are included with your stay
• Maximum of 4 passenger vehicles parked overnight, 11 PM to 7 AM
• Street-legal golf carts (LSVs) are welcome. They must be registered and insured, with a 17-digit VIN, license plate and SIPOA entry pass, and count toward the 4-vehicle maximum
• Carts require a valid driver's license and are for street use only, not bike paths, beaches or golf paths
• South Carolina seatbelt and child-seat laws are enforced
• We have a relationship with an affordable local golf cart rental company, just ask

Guest access
You have our entire home for your stay, including the screened porch, the back deck and the two-car garage. Self check-in with a keypad, code sent before arrival.
