The space includes a large primary bedroom with a king bed, a flex space with two single beds, and a double bed just by the living room. An additional guest can sleep on the couch with extra linens provided.

The suite features a 3-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. The living and dining areas provide comfortable spaces to relax or enjoy meals together.

Kitchenette: Includes a microwave, mini fridge, and disposable plates, cups, and utensils. Bowls and glasses are also provided. Please note there is no sink or cooking appliances in the kitchenette, so this space is best suited for light meals or takeout rather than meal preparation.

Step outside to a large, fully fenced backyard available for your private use, complete with outdoor seating. A propane BBQ is also available for guest use. Please ensure pets are cleaned up after.

Private driveway parking is available for one vehicle.

The location is highly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to No Frills, Cora’s Breakfast & Lunch, The Shakespeare Arms Pub, a pharmacy, and other shops and restaurants in Campus Estates Plaza.
