This 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps 18 and is perfectly located in the south side of Prominence on 30A, only being steps from one of the 2 resort pools! This home comes with 2 bunkrooms, spacious entertainment spaces, a grill, and a smoker. With 4 bikes and a 6-seater golf cart, getting around 30A is a breeze!

☀️Welcome to the Neighborhood!
- The Prominence community is a gem! You re steps away from everything at The Big Chill. This includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. It also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family screen on the green movie night. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay.
- There are an endless amount of great restaurants to choose from. Black Bear Bread Co in Grayton Beach or a lazy Saturday morning at Great Southern Cafe in Seaside are our personal favorites. Pecan Jacks for ice cream also can t be missed!!

Let s go to the Beach 🏖️
Prominence has a lot of options for beach access; some of our favorites are listed below.
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: (2 min drive, 5 min golf cart), 15 min walk Closest to Prominence and most convenient. This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here.
- Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

- Step up onto the front porch and take in the beach vibes on the rockers.
- Upon entering the home, you will be swept away by the open concept living area.
- The spacious, fully stocked kitchen is equipped to take on any meal your family s culinary mastermind can imagine. With the abundance of counterspace, you can prep an entire meal and still seat 6 at the large island. Utilize the walk-in pantry to keep all your ingredients or snacks put away until you need them!
- The dining table is the perfect place to gather with your loved ones, seating up to 8.
- With 3 comfortable loveseats, the living room invites everyone to gather and relax. From cozy movie nights or slow easy mornings, this is the space where memories are made.
- Need some fresh air? Step outside onto the back patio that features comfortable seating, a grill, and a smoker for the ultimate BBQ!
- Also on this floor is a half bath.
SECOND FLOOR
- Make your way upstairs, where all the bedrooms are conveniently located.
- The first bedroom you will stumble on is the Queen bedroom with a walk-in closet
- This home also comes with 2 bunk rooms! The first bunk room features a Twin over double bunk plus a twin trundle with a walk-in closet, and the second bunk room features 2 twin over double bunks.
- All of these rooms share the full bathroom located in the hall near the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
- The second queen bedroom features a walk in close and an ensuite with a walk-in shower.
- The spacious primary king bedroom features a work desk, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The spa-like primary ensuite features dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

✏️Other Things to Note
- Parking is available in the driveway for 4 vehicles total. Additional parking located in the gravel spaces around the community.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and Dec 21 - Dec 31.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
