About this house rental
Welcome to your perfect island escape at 30 Wagon Road in Sea Pines. Come and relax in this classic, 3,000 sq ft Lowcountry home on a large, ½ acre wooded property.
Just a short walk to the beach (10th row ocean), this coastal retreat is nestled in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood and offers the ideal blend of relaxation, beach access, and family friendly comfort.
This home has been renovated in 2026, with new hardwood floors, appliances, and furniture. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the
front porch, have a cookout on the back porch, and rinse off in the outdoor shower with
hot and cold water after a day at the beach.
INDOOR LIVING: There is something for everyone with 3 spacious living rooms on the first level:
- Living room open to the kitchen with a TV
- Family room with a game table, 2 sofas, and large 65” TV
- Sitting room with a wet bar
BEDROOMS (Upstairs): Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms with private full baths and 50” TVs in each. There is also a large sofa in the master for even more breathing room and privacy.

-Bedroom 3: Queen and Day Bed
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishware & flatware, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster

PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles). You will need to purchase a parking pass upon entry to the Resort ($25 cash/week)
BEACH: Take an easy 5 minute walk to the beach using a bike path.
LOCATION: 1 mile to Salty Dog Café in south beach, 1 mile to the Sea Pines beach club, and a 1 mile to Harbour Town. Park your car and walk or ride bikes everywhere.
