Combined with Windsor Island's lazy river, resort-style pool, children's water playground, and other family-friendly amenities, this townhome gives families plenty to enjoy both at the property and throughout the resort.

One of the home's biggest highlights is the private south-facing screened pool and spa. The southern exposure is especially appealing for guests who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine while enjoying their own private outdoor space.

Start the morning with coffee beside the pool, cool off with an afternoon swim, or return from an exciting day at the theme parks and relax beside the water. The spacious screened lanai and outdoor furniture provide an inviting place for adults to relax while the kids swim or for the entire family to spend time together outdoors.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after busy days exploring Central Florida. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Inside, approximately 2,283 square feet of living space gives families and groups room to spread out. The main living area provides a comfortable gathering place with a large 65-inch flat-screen TV for movie nights or relaxing after another Orlando adventure.

Upstairs, an additional loft with its own flat-screen TV provides a valuable second living area. Kids and adults can enjoy separate entertainment, or members of the group can simply spread out when they want a little extra space to relax.
