Set down a peaceful lane in Docking, just a few miles from Brancaster Beach, this semi-detached, traditional Norfolk flint and brick cottage offers a calm and comfortable retreat for couples that are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay near the North Norfolk coastline. With quality furnishings, characterful interior and convenient coastal access, guests will fondly remember their time at Rose Cottage.
Inside, this welcoming cottage provides a modern, well-equipped kitchen that links directly to the lounge/diner, where you’ll find two comfortable sofas, an armchair, Smart television and a wood-burning stove. Nearby, there is a dining table for four and access to the garden. Upstairs, the quiet bedroom offers a king-sized bed and chaise longue that promises a restful night and a relaxing start to the new day. The neighbouring bathroom provides a shower over a generous bath.
Outside, the cottage has an enclosed, sunny garden that can be accessed from the lounge, ideal for relaxing in good weather. A charcoal barbecue is provided for outdoor cooking. There is off-road parking for one car, space for one dog. Brancaster Beach is just a seven minute drive away, making this a convenient spot for exploring the coast.
