WELCOME AND SECURITY REGISTRATION: To coordinate your check-in smoothly and comply with the building's security guidelines, we kindly ask you to share a photo of your ID (Passport or National ID) prior to your arrival. This allows the front desk staff to have everything ready to welcome you warmly.

FRESH AIR COMMITMENT (SMOKE-FREE SPACE): In order to keep the environment fresh, clean, and healthy for you and future travelers, please remember that the apartment is a 100% smoke-free space. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; non-compliance carries a 200 USD fee to cover professional deep cleaning and deodorization. Thank you so much for helping us keep the air clean!

LINEN CARE: We prepare the bedsheets and towels with great care for your comfort. We kindly ask you to take care of them by avoiding hard-to-remove stains (such as makeup or sunscreen). In case of permanent damage or tears, a replacement fee will apply.

We expect guests to enjoy their stay responsibly and respectfully. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the following rules:

PROPERTY AND UTILITIES CARE:
- Appliances: Please use all equipment with care and ensure they are turned off after use. If you have questions about how to use them, please ask us.
- Lights and A/C: Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment or when not needed to save energy and keep the space balanced.
- Water: Use water moderately and make sure to turn off all faucets completely after use.

COMMUNITY AND NOISE RESETS:
- Quiet hours: Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This includes music, TV, and conversations.
- Guests and Common Areas: Bringing unregistered guests into the common areas of the building is strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Parties or events are not permitted.

TRASH AND CLEANLINESS:
- Please ensure all trash is disposed of in the appropriate containers to keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.

100% SMOKE-FREE SPACE (FINE):
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Non-compliance will result in a 200 USD fine to cover the costs of deep cleaning and professional deodorization of fabrics.

LINEN CARE:
- Please take care of the bedsheets and towels. Hard-to-remove stains caused by makeup, cosmetics, hair dye, or using towels for general cleaning, as well as tears, will be charged at the full replacement cost of the item.
