Welcome to The Pearl of Navarre – Unit 201, proudly managed by Stay At The Beach! This beautiful beachfront condo is a new addition to the vacation rental market and offers the perfect coastal getaway for families and friends alike.

Rental Policies:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Parties, events, smoking, drug use, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. For added security, entrances and parking areas are monitored by video surveillance. A signed Rental Agreement and $300 Security Deposit are required prior to arrival. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM only. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local noise ordinances.
Pet-Friendly Information:
We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior approval and a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Aggressive breeds are not permitted, and all dogs must be spayed or neutered. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they remain off furniture and bedding. Dogs may not be bathed in condo sinks, tubs, showers, or the hot tub. Pets must be supervised at all times, may never be left unattended in the condo unless crated (crate not provided), and must remain leashed while outdoors. Excessive barking or disturbances are not permitted. Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by pets. Unauthorized animals may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
Notice:
Hurricane season in Florida runs from June 1 through November 30. Refunds are only issued in the event of mandatory evacuations. Interruptions to power, internet, or other weather-related circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds. Because Florida weather can change quickly, we strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.

What a fantastic condo! This place has it all…beautiful views of the gulf and the unit was beautifully decorated and fully stocked! A big surprise was that everyone in our party of 6 said the beds were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed our morning coffee watching the dolphins off of the nice size balcony. There was also a second balcony off of the other master which was a bonus. Both masters had an en-suite bathroom which was also nice to have. With kids along it was great to have a full size washer and dryer and beach supply closet (with essentials such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas)!
From check-in to check-out the Owners were very attentive and responsive. We could not have asked for a better location or place to call home for the week! We will definitely be back!
