Seaglass Village is an adult-focused community, and certain amenities and activities are subject to age restrictions, seasonal schedules, and community rules.
Seaglass Village offers a relaxing, resort-style atmosphere with several amenities and activities for both adults and families to enjoy. Please note that amenity availability is determined by the Seaglass Village community and may change seasonally or due to maintenance.

Pool Information & Seasonal Closures:
Children under 18 are welcome at the Family Pool with adult supervision.
The Family Pool and Kiddie Pool, located at the front of the property, are scheduled to close for the season on September 21, 2026.
The donut-shaped pool remains open, but its heater is currently not working and will not be heated for the remainder of the season. The heater is scheduled to be replaced during the offseason.
All pools are scheduled to close for the season during the third week of October 2026.
Pool availability and operating schedules are subject to change based on community operations, maintenance, weather, or other circumstances beyond the property owner's control.
Families can also enjoy time together at the fire pit and on the tennis and pickleball courts, with adult supervision as required.
Please note that many of the community's amenities are reserved for guests 18 and older, including the Central Clubhouse, Sandbar Bar, main heated pool, fitness center, and hot tub. These adult-focused spaces provide a quieter environment for guests looking to relax and unwind.
If your property includes a golf cart, please note that it may only be operated by a guest 16 or older with a valid driver's license, in accordance with community rules.
