Everything is designed for two adults seeking comfort, privacy, and a chance to recharge: a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with a spacious shower and clawfoot bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area perfect for slowing down, taking a breath, and enjoying the moment.



The private balcony offers beautiful views of the lake, which sparkles in the sunlight like a natural mirror. Whether you’re enjoying your first coffee of the morning, having a drink at sunset, or simply listening to the peaceful surroundings, this space will quickly become your favorite retreat.

The condo is located in one of the most beautiful and pristine valleys in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region. Vast and crystal-clear, Lake Pohénégamook stretches out before you, inviting you to relax and unwind. The air is fresh, the nights are filled with stars, and nature is everywhere: birdsong, fragrant forests, gentle mountains, and, with a little luck, white-tailed deer wandering near the property.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to their condo. The building consists of four independent units. The two ground-floor condos can be connected, making them an ideal option for two families or couples of friends who wish to share a stay while maintaining their privacy. The two upstairs condos can also be connected through a connecting door located at the bottom of the staircase.



Other Things to Note:

The condo is located on the second floor, so there are stairs to climb.
