This beautiful central apartment is located just around the corner from Staroměstská metro station, only one or two stops away from major Prague attractions, such as Prague Castle and Museum.
We would like to ask our guests to review the house rules of this apartment before booking. By paying the deposit you accept the following:

- The apartment is strictly non smoking
- The apartment is not suitable for party groups; best for couples or families.
- Only guests stated during the booking process shall stay in the property
- Please limit the noise levels from 9.00 pm until 7.00 am as this is a residential house

Late Check In Fee
We charge a late Check In Fee of 20 EUR for arrivals to the property after 8 pm and 30 EUR after 10 pm. The standard working day finishes at 8 pm and any check in after this will result in a late check in fee. The fee will be paid in cash to the person who meets you on the night.

Due to public holidays we cannot unfortunately accept bookings arriving or leaving on December 24th, 31st and January 1st.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to provide personal and public liability protection to cover any unexpected events during your trip.

The provider of the accommodation or their insurers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the client(s) while on or in any way connected with the property.
The safety and welfare of children is the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian.
