We are experienced local hosts dedicated to providing an exceptional stay. Our primary mode of interaction is through messaging and phone, and we're responsive and easy to reach. Whether you need a local recommendation, help with the property, or a quick answer, we've got you covered.

The home is located in Fairway Meadows, a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on the western side of Coeur d'Alene.

The Centennial Trail is approximately a five-minute walk from the house, making it easy to bike, run, or take the dogs for a walk. Coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and grocery stores are about five minutes away by car, while downtown Coeur d'Alene is approximately 10–15 minutes away.

Silverwood Theme Park is about 30 minutes north, and Spokane International Airport is approximately 35 minutes west.

The whole home, aside from the garage, is yours during your stay. This includes all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen and living room, downstairs game room, laundry room, and entire backyard.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking beside the home.

The garage is locked and reserved for owner storage.

This 1,600-square-foot split-level home offers separate spaces for gathering, playing, working, and sleeping.

The upstairs primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, small desk, walk-in closet, and access to a bathroom with a jetted tub and tiled shower. A barn door allows the bathroom to function as a private primary bath or remain accessible to the rest of the home.

Downstairs are two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two twin XL beds. These bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom.

The game room makes staying in part of the vacation. Enjoy Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch, retro PlayStation games, Dance Dance Revolution, karaoke, board games, or a movie from the DVD library. The sofa folds out into an additional bed, and a fold-out single bed can be set up when needed. The home is set up for six guests in the bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight using the additional beds. Two pack-and-play cribs are also provided.

The kitchen includes a gas range, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, farmhouse sink, generous counter space, and the cookware needed for preparing meals together. The dining table seats eight.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard is designed for relaxing and reconnecting. Soak in the Bullfrog A Series hot tub with JetPak therapy seats, gather around the wood-burning Solo Stove fire pit, grill dinner over charcoal, or unwind beneath the shaded pergola.

The backyard also includes a greenhouse and raised garden beds as part of Village Collective's Host-to-Harvest program. When the gardens are producing, guests may receive a complimentary welcome box of fresh seasonal produce.

A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around. Uber and Lyft are available throughout the Coeur d'Alene area, and the Citylink bus route runs nearby. The home is about thirty five minutes from Spokane International Airport, 30 from Silverwood theme park.

Your stay is hosted by Village Collective, a local, family-run team based in Coeur d'Alene. We've been hosting in North Idaho since 2017 and care for every home like it's our own, because we're owners too. You'll receive a detailed guidebook pointing you toward the local makers, growers, coffee roasters, and neighborhood spots we actually love. If anything comes up during your stay, we're always just a message away.

We're genuinely dog-friendly and welcome up to three dogs. A $100 fee applies per pet, per stay. Dogs must stay off beds and upholstered furniture and may not be left loose in the home while unattended. Please bring a crate if your dog will be alone during your stay. Dogs must also remain outside the separately fenced garden areas.

The pergola swing is intended for children only.

Late check-outs are generally unavailable. Our local cleaning team needs the full turnover window to prepare the home for the next guests, and honoring the 10:00 AM check-out time helps us keep the home ready and welcoming for every arrival.
