The Space:

Welcome to Marquise 507, a spacious 1,100 sq. ft. penthouse-style retreat on Blackcomb Mountain, combining beautiful mountain views, resort-style amenities and convenient ski access with considerably more room than a typical Whistler condo.



One of the first things you will notice is the outlook. The home looks toward the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and surrounding mountains, creating a classic Whistler backdrop from the living spaces and private patio.



The main living area features a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating and plenty of room to relax together after a day on the mountain. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, while cable TV, Netflix and fast Wi-Fi make evenings at home easy.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and cooking essentials. The dining area offers generous seating for family meals, takeout nights or an easy evening at home.

The home accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, with two full bathrooms.



SKI ACCESS & BLACKCOMB LOCATION:

Marquise 507 is ideally positioned on Blackcomb Mountain with convenient access to the slopes, making it an excellent base for ski-focused Whistler trips.



Guests can access Blackcomb without needing to drive to the mountain or deal with ski-day parking. Upper Village and the Blackcomb Gondola are also close by, giving you easy access to the mountain, ski shops, restaurants and après-ski.



At the end of the day, return to the quieter Blackcomb Benchlands setting, relax beside the fireplace or head downstairs for a soak in the hot tub.

One of the biggest advantages of staying at The Marquise is the collection of resort-style amenities available right in the building.

Guests can enjoy ski access and the peaceful Blackcomb setting during the day, then easily head into Upper Village or Whistler Village for dinner, shopping and après-ski.



In summer, Lost Lake, the Valley Trail, golf courses and some of Whistler’s best walking and biking routes are also nearby, making Marquise 507 a great year-round base.



PARKING:

One guaranteed underground parking space is included free with every stay.



Having a complimentary reserved stall is a valuable convenience in the Blackcomb area, particularly during busy ski weekends and holiday periods. Guests can park when they arrive and enjoy easy access to the slopes, Upper Village and the rest of Whistler.



If your group is travelling with more than one vehicle, extra underground parking is available for $25 CAD per vehicle, per day.



The underground parkade has a height clearance of approximately 6'6".



PRIVATE IN-SUITE WASHER & DRYER

The suite includes a private washer and dryer, available for complimentary guest use, so you can do laundry without leaving the unit. For additional drying capacity, a shared coin-operated dryer is also available in the building.



SUMMER A/C:

A newer air-conditioning unit is located in the main living area and provides cooling throughout the condo during warmer summer days. (Available in the summer months May 1-November 1).



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo throughout their stay, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining spaces and private patio.



You will also have access to The Marquise’s shared heated outdoor pool, glass-domed hot tub, sauna, fitness centre and secure ski, snowboard and bike storage.



One guaranteed underground parking space is included free of charge. Additional vehicles can be parked underground for $25 CAD per vehicle, per day.



Self check-in is available via smart lock, making arrival simple and flexible.



The Neighborhood:

The Marquise is set in the Blackcomb Benchlands, a peaceful mountainside neighbourhood immediately above Upper Village.



This part of Whistler is especially popular with guests who want strong ski access without staying directly in the busiest parts of the main Village. The Blackcomb Gondola, Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Four Seasons and Upper Village restaurants are all nearby.



A complimentary shuttle connects the Benchlands with Whistler Village, while guests who prefer walking can easily explore the resort on foot.
