This was our first trip to Topsail Island, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seas The Day on North Topsail. The location was ideal with private beach access, and we sat out on the back deck every evening enjoying the intracoastal water views. The home was very clean and cozy, just the right amount of space for my husband and I. The hot tub was an added bonus, and we enjoyed relaxing and watching the sunsets. Whitney was a great host, responding back quickly to inquiries. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home, had a great time and will definitely plan a return trip to Seas The Day.

Lovely house, everything was as pictured. Private beach entrance was directly across the street - beach was quiet even though we were there over a weekend. It was fun to hop between the beach and kayaking, very convenient to launch from the little walkway at the back of the property. We also enjoyed our walk down seaview fishing pier - the views are spectacular and watching the dolphins was a highlight.
