Heat, hydro, high speed wifi, all furniture, linens and kitchenware, and one off-street parking spot that is cleared after snowfalls. Nothing to set up and no utilities to connect.
GETTING AROUND
Ten minutes by car to downtown Ottawa. STO buses to the Ottawa core run along Boulevard Saint-Joseph. Groceries, pharmacy and restaurants are within walking distance in Hull. Five minutes to Hopital de Hull, fifteen to twenty minutes to the Civic, the General, CHEO and Montfort.
