- Cosy and stylish dedicated living area, with a comfortable sofa, Smart-TV and cosy wood burner.

- King sized bed complete with a private en-suite bathroom with shower and wash hand basin.

- Quality mattresses, fresh bedding and towels and fitted wardrobes.

- Cot available for children up to 3 years.

Annexe Living Area:

- Bright open-plan living area, with a comfortable sofa / sofa-bed, Smart-TV and plenty of board games and books available.



Annexe Bedroom:

- Zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as either one king-size bed or two single beds, complete with a private en-suite bathroom.

- Quality mattresses, fresh bedding and wardrobe and chest of drawers in the bedroom.



Annexe Bathroom:

- One Ensuite Bathroom with shower.



Outdoor Area:

- All outdoor areas and all facilities listed are completely private to you. Beautiful patio area with Hot Tub, Games Barn, Wood Burning Fire Pit, Outdoor Seating with integrated fire pit, BBQ, Garden and private driveway. The games barn will include the following:

- Pool Table

- TV (with sky premium pack)

- Seating Area x9 people

- Darts Board

- Bar (unstocked)



As we are situated within a residential area, please kindly note the Hot Tub and Outdoor Seating is closed between 10pm and 8am. We would appreciate if guests could be mindful of noise when walking between the Games Barn & House during these times.

Guests have full use of the entire house, annexe and all outdoor spaces and facilities, including the external Games Barn.



Check-in via keys provided in the lock box at the property.



Free private parking.



Quiet residential area - we kindly ask that the noise is kept low after 11pm.
