Good location, but ruined by old furniture, bad smells, and a cockroach

Great and very convenient location.

The property does not match its description or photos online. There is a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the entire house. The furniture, kitchen, and appliances are extremely old and outdated, giving the impression of random discarded items gathered in one place. The bathroom is in poor condition; the shower is tiny, cramped, and very uncomfortable. We experienced serious hygiene issues, including finding a cockroach in the bathroom. The place urgently needs a deep clean, pest control, and renovation.
