Large rooms, spacious, separate bathroom available for each couple. Scrupulously clean. Well stocked with glasses, plates, cutlery etc (apart from lack of a corkscrew!). Great view over the gardens in front
No corkscrew!
Some waste paper bins in the bedrooms would have been good.
Not sure if it is possible, but access out the back onto Broughton Road would have been a plus.
Locking the apartment door was a bit of a challenge, as to get the lock to turn after entering the code required pushing the door away slightly as otherwise the lock wouldn't turn. OK once we got the knack!

L'appartamento si trova in una buona posizione, in un contesto tranquillo e vicino alle fermate dei mezzi. Ampio soggiorno con vetrate molto luminose
La società che gestisce l'immobile mi aveva avvisato di un cambio di appartemento rispetto a quanto prenotato ma l'appartemento assegnatoci (FLAT n.1) si trova sotto il livello stradale e una delle due camere risulta perciò umida e con troppa poca luce; per aprire la finestra bisogna salire su una sedia. Il riscaldamento (necessario per "asciugare" la stanza) è controllato da remoto e, nonostante la disponibilità degli addetti all'assistenza telefonica, non è stato possibile attivarlo se non due giorno dopo il checkin.
Siamo ancora in attesa del rimborso parziale promesso a causa del cambio di appartemento dal numero 2 (livello -1 rispetto alla strada ma con affaccio nel cortile anteriore) al numero 1 (livello -2, con camera più buia, fredda e umida).
Sicuramente la Joivy sta' considerando il nosrto ticket come ci è stato assicurato, speriamo tutto si risolva in tempi rapidi.
ps.
Le porte con la chiusura "a molle" andrebbero regolate in modo da renderle meno ostili: si rischia di essere spinti fuori dalle stanze ogni volta che si chiudono. Un particolare da conoscere se vi si soggiorna con bambini.
