Very close to the beacv and main surfing points. Room was spacious and clean with a good seaview. Host was also good and considerate.
There is a nightclub kind of establishment next door that can sometimes play very loud music long after midnight.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is still quite new and consists of only two small houses right by the beach, which makes it feel very peaceful and private. The houses are beautiful, very clean, and each has a small terrace in front.
The location is perfect. You are just a couple of minutes from the beach, where you can swim and surf, while also being very close to the center of Arugam Bay with all the restaurants and cafés.
The host is super friendly, relaxed, and very helpful. You can really tell that he cares about making his guests feel comfortable.
The only thing you need to know is the bar close by, which on some days has parties that go on late (only during high season). Since there is currently no wall between the bar and the property, the music can be heard quite clearly depending on the wind. The host is aware of this though and is planning to build a sound barrier for next season. I think this will make a big difference.

Lovely spot right next to the main point(surf spot) where some really incredible restaurants are as well. Really lovely hospitality. Felt like home. If you needed anything Iike cleaning or extra toiletries, staff were quick to respond. Will definitely be returning back
