Not all of the lamps inside the bungalow have been installed yet. Could use air con. The next door bungalow had a fan at the roof of the porch, mine didn't

Excellent place and location
We had a great stay. The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable with a large and light bathroom and a good private outdoor space. The design of the property, including garden and outdoor areas, is on a higher level than most places of similar price that we visited in Sri Lanka. We really appreciated that it was more tidy than the rest. The location couldn’t be better in my opinion. Especially if you are a good surfer (very close to main point) or just enjoy being slightly off Main Street. It’s a short walk from the bars and restaurants but you’ll get a better nights sleep here for sure. Best of all was the host Dilani, she is very friendly and helpful with anything you might need. She also took care of our extra bag when we traveled around for a few weeks and was just so easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend this place!

Exceptional
Super quiet, very clean, the garden is beautiful and very well maintained. The room and bathroom were big, well maintained, pretty new, and very clean. A/C worked perfectly. I loved sitting in the afternoons in the terrace. I love the shower in the garden with all trees around. We didn't use the kitchen a lot but I thought it was very good equipped. This was just a perfect place to stay in Arugam Bay, and probably the best I've stayed in Sri Lanka Thank you ♥️

Super chill place to stay for some weeks
Great place to stay. Love my room and the garden is beautiful. Great location for walking to surf. Owners very helpful. Can't recommend enough :)
