A wonderful mountain house tucked away in the nature-rich surroundings of Sigiriya. The meals prepared by the host’s beautiful wife were exceptionally delicious, and the hospitality was outstanding. I am truly grateful to her for introducing me to so many of Sri Lanka's wonderful flavors. Despite having a cute princess to care for, she dedicated so much time to cooking for me, and I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend her cooking(lunch/dinner) to anyone planning to stay here; it offers a fantastic local culinary experience that brings out the delicious, fresh flavors of the vegetables—a taste you simply won't find anywhere else.

なんといっても森の中のウッドハウスでの滞在は素晴らしい体験だった。オーナーのコスタ氏は大変な働き者で、常に客のために何かをしていた。私にもいろいろと声をかけてもらい、送迎など大変お世話になった。
特に昼の午後は暑いので、オーナーと相談してサファリなどのイベントに行くのがいいだろう。夕方からは気温も下がり、蚊帳を下ろして扇風機を付ければ寝ることはできた。言うほど蚊はいなかった。
トイレは綺麗だったし、ウォーターガン、トイレットペーパーもあった。
この価格で朝食が出るのはすごい。ライスヌードルとカレー、果物とお菓子付きでボリュームがあった。
水やお菓子などが必要ならメインロードまで歩いて10分くらいいけば、小さな商店がいくつかある。
男子寮からトイレに行くときには2階から階段を降りないといけないことくらい。私はすぐに慣れた。
