Grande maison avec beaucoup de chambres. Des terrasses communes spacieuses. Proximité de la plage et des commerces de la rue principale d'Arugam Bay. Chouette école de surf sur le terrain d'à côté.
La clim ne fonctionnait pas dans l'une des chambres. Cuisine commune pas très propre. Environnement très bruyant dû à la proximité d'hôtels sur la plage qui mettent de la musique jusqu'au petit matin (samedi soir) et aux terrasses communes qui peuvent permettre à des voisins très bruyants de faire la fête toute la nuit. Mais il faut bien dire qu'Arugam Bay est une ville pour les surfeurs...
