Pristine suite in a fabulous, walkable location overlooking the piazza, with city and sea views and stunning views of the sunrise over the sea. The room itself is on the smaller side, but for a solo traveler such as myself, it was perfect. Very modern and well appointed, and spotless inside and out. The coffee options and selection of breakfast treats provided was very much appreciated. The private wraparound terrace with pool is simply divine and a welcome respite during the very hot days. The hosts were very gracious and welcoming, and even gifted me a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. They clearly care about providing a top-tier stay. Highly recommend.

Le gentilissime proprietarie hanno consentito a me e mia figlia un check-in anticipato, così abbiamo potuto godere più a lungo della fantastica terrazza annessa alla camera con piscina e vista mare panoramica. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, in centro città con tutti i servizi a portata di mano e la fermata dell'autobus verso le spiagge sotto casa. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche i prodotti disponibili in camera per il primo ristoro e la colazione.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. The apartment is on the 7th floor and is unique and fabulous. The room itself is a studio and is finished to a very high standard. The outside space is a wonderful addition, with a small pool, gardens with seating and dinning areas. The views and location are spectacular. The apartment is situated to get the best from Monopoli, a great find we would highly recommend.

The view across the square and the old then the panoramic ocean views beyond were just incredible. The hosts are so welcoming and kind but then leave you to enjoy your privacy. But are easy to reach if you need anything as they have a shop at the street level of the building.
