We stayed at the apartment and it was truly beyond expectations! The apartment was just right for us and for what we were looking for. It was very clean, tidy, in excellent condition, and all appliances and facilities worked without any issues.
The location is fantastic, very convenient for reaching all the central spots, and easily accessible by public transport. Beyond that, the hosts were lovely and extremely kind, and we received a warm and pleasant hospitality throughout our entire stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality place in Rome!

This is a nice apartment in a great location.
We booked a 2 bedroom flat with a large balcony as per the photographs on Booking.com. The booking was confirmed with the correct address but no photographs. When we arrived we were allocated a one bedroom flat with a small internal facing balcony next door to the 2 bedroom flat with large balcony. Igor the host said we had been allocated the correct flat and could offer no solution, so we reluctantly accepted this for fear of having nowhere to stay. I understand that the landlord who we had no communication from had a few flats in the building. When we left we requested that the difference between the cost of the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom flat be refunded to us, but this has gone nowhere and Igor has stopped communicating with us. We left the apartment in good condition as we always do (I have photographic evidence), we were not noisy and left on time. I say this as I fully expect some false complaints to be made against us, we were a party of 3, myself (retired), my wife and my adult daughter and are good tenants, we have rented many holiday flats.
