Me and my daughter spent a week in this nice flat in middle July 2026. A bit of a gamble, since the property had almost no reviews on Booking and the photos didn't really do it justice.
However, it paid off completely!
The apartment is comfortable, very well-equipped, and clearly new - freshly renovated and furnished in a thoroughly European, hotel-style aesthetic
The apartment is a small unit in a residential block on the first floor, offering a peaceful view from the window.
Efficient and quiet air conditioning ensuring complete thermal comfort throughout the apartment.
An apartment best for a couple or a family of three (2 adults + 1 child). It features two comfortable beds that can be joined to form a double bed, plus a fold-out sofa. (the sofa is comfortable for a child or a lighter person, but might be little uncomfy for an adult)
Bathroom is trully excellent 👌 Very new and modern. An endless supply of fresh hotel towels of every size 🤗 + a full supply of soap, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as a large hair dryer.
The service, cleaning, housekeeping - excellent.
Capsule coffee machine with a supply of various types of capsules 👍
A small, efficient refrigerator with a small supply of drinking water.
The welcome Prosecco and snacks were a lovely touch, too 🥰
TV with a full range of streaming services. Reliable Wi-Fi.

Hassle-free and quick communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Excellent problem-solving.
You can hear ordinary conversations and noises from the stairwell and neighboring apartments quite clearly and little too much. Hopefully this can be resolved by adding extra soundproofing to the door.
The building seems to have poor mobile internet coverage, but since the Wi-Fi in the room works well, it isn't a problem.
