soggiorno rovinato

Soggiorno rovinato da un check-in disorganizzato, scarsa pulizia e letto scomodissimo. L’appartamento in sé è accettabile e abbastanza spazioso, con uno spazio esterno condiviso con gli altri ospiti. Nel pomeriggio avevamo inviato all’host i nostri documenti, come richiesto, ricevendo questo messaggio: “L’appartamento è già pronto ad accogliervi, trovate le chiavi nella porta”. Non ci è stata fornita alcun’altra istruzione su come accedere. Siamo arrivati alle 21:00, durante una serata piovosa, ma abbiamo trovato la porta chiusa e una cassettina di sicurezza, della quale non conoscevamo il codice. Abbiamo provato ripetutamente a telefonare e a scrivere all’host tramite WhatsApp e Booking, senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Anche alcuni ospiti presenti nella struttura hanno tentato di contattarlo per aiutarci, sempre senza successo. Dopo circa mezz’ora di forte preoccupazione, siamo riusciti ad aprire la cassetta soltanto per caso, spostando una delle rotelle della combinazione. Siamo così entrati nell’appartamento che avevamo regolarmente prenotato e pagato, con la spiacevole sensazione di esserci introdotti senza autorizzazione. Per correttezza, abbiamo immediatamente comunicato all’host, tramite messaggi, che eravamo riusciti ad accedere. Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: c’era molta polvere in camera da letto, ben visibile sul comodino, residui di riso sul tavolo della cucina e cibo lasciato dagli ospiti precedenti nel frigorifero. Mancava inoltre il detersivo per i piatti, circostanza che fa sorgere dubbi su come fossero state lavate le stoviglie prima del nostro arrivo. Il letto era deformato e molto scomodo, il cuscino sottilissimo e le lenzuola estremamente usurate, piene di pallini e molto ruvide sulla pelle. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte.
