We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children for 3 nights in August whilst visiting family in the area. The cottage was extremely lovely with a beautiful kitchen, lovely living room, 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, and a nice bathroom with the best shower ever. The cottage was spacious and bright, full of character, and spotlessly clean. There was also a nice little garden / patio, which the children loved to play in. The hosts were so nice and even left us delicious homemade chocolate brownies, fruit juice, milk etc on arrival. We couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay at!
There was nothing we didn't like. The cottage and hosts were perfect for us! We would love to stay again! :-)

Lovely cottage in semi rural location, although not too far from local amenities. Very warm, friendly, and helpful hosts. Accommodation was clean and had everything required to make a short stay comfortable. Beds were good and we all slept well. Some noise from the local animals, although only to be expected in the countryside. Kitchen a little small to eat in, if more than 4, on the kitchen island and stools available. Nice big lounge with smart TV, and 2 large sofas. We hope to stay again on our future visits.
No dining table, although its not a deal breaker.

Très joli cottage à la campagne. Calme et tranquille et proche de Brighton !

On a profité du jardinet pour nos repas, c’était très agréable !
Il faut bien suivre les indications de mark et Naomi pour trouver. En pleine nuit, ce n’était pas évident car le gps nous a conduit sur une autre lodge farm.

The house was spotlessly clean and well-presented. Our delightful hosts had, in the middle of this summer’s sweltering heat, thoughtfully placed 4 bottles of chilled water in the fridge along with yoghurts, other drinks including milk. There was also shade in the small garden and easy parking.
Everything was very good.
