A clean and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location, close to the metro and shops, but Wi-Fi and noise could

Good location, clean and comfortable apartment. The metro station is nearby, and there are many grocery stores, cafes, and shops around, which was very convenient.

The price was a bit high, there was no Wi-Fi, and there was reconstruction work in the building’s common area/stairwell, which woke us up in the morning.

Ubicado en pleno metro Legazpi. Apartamento de 3 dormitorios dobles reformado y limpio, con todos los utensilios necesarios.

El edificio es lamentable, imagino que cuando acabe la obra mejorará pero mientras dure no es nada agradable acceder y tienes un andamio en las ventanas de los dormitorios. La puerta del apartamento es vieja y da cierta inseguridad.

Todo estaba limpio, super espacioso, las 3 habitaciones grandes con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y el salón, los dos baños perfectos. Super complacidos la ubicación inmejorable.

Für einen kurzen Trip gut, schlechte Kommunikation

Die Lage liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber es ist eine ruhige Gegend, man hat direkt eine Metro Haltestelle vor der Tür. Es gibt einige Cafes und Bars in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist gut klimatisiert für warme Tage, es ist alles neu eingerichtet und sauber. Es gab Kommentare über dreckige Handtücher, aber ich hab nur mal einen Fleck gesehen, der nicht rausging. Das ist normal. Alles roch frisch gewaschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr sauber.

Viele Dinge waren absolut nicht okay. Im Flur ist eine Baustelle, weil ein Aufzug eingebaut wird. Es ist nicht abgesichert und gefährlich, mit den Koffern hochzugehen. Jeden Morgen fingen die Bauarbeiter früh an zu arbeiten, weswegen wir nie ausschlafen konnten. Es wird viel Staub aufgewedelt, was sehr unangenehm ist, wenn man auch noch Asthma hat. Der Vermieter ist eigentlich verpflichtet, sowas vor Ankunft mitzuteilen. Was, wenn ich ein kleines Kind dabei hätte?? Laut Beschreibung gibt es einen Balkon, was stimmt. Aber auch an der Außenfassade sind Baugerüste und der Balkon war eine Baustelle und dreckig und wir wussten nicht, ob die Benutzung überhaupt sicher ist. Aufgrund der Baustelle gibt es auch kein Internet. In einem Bad sind die Schubladen kaputt. Im Flur hat es angefangen von der Decke zu tropfen. So viel, dass wir einen Topf drunter stellen mussten. Wir haben von anderen Leuten im Haus erfahren, dass die Wohnung oben drüber ein Problem hat, weswegen es bei uns tropfte und dass der Vermieter einfach nichts unternimmt. Aus einer Klimaanlage tropft es auch. Der Kontakt ist sehr schlecht. Uns fehlten Handtücher, Der Mann der uns die Schlüssel übergab war nett und sagte, er sage dem Vermieter Bescheid, auch wegen der undichten Decke. Niemand kam und auf erneute Nachfrage meinte er, wir sollen uns direkt bei Booking mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt setzen. Dort wurde ich aber ignoriert. Auch vor Ankunft stellte ich dem Vermieter paar Fragen, er antwortete immer sehr knapp und verzögert. Er schien nicht eine sehr freundliche Person zu sein. Am letzten Tag fragte ich den Mann, der uns die Schlüssel gab, ob wir zumindest um 12 statt um 11 auschecken können, aber da kam keine Antwort. Aus Nettigkeit hätten sie zusagen können, weil man sich vorher bezüglich der Handtücher und der tropfenden Decke nicht gekümmert hatte. Das wäre das Mindeste. Es ist schade weil die Wohnung schön und modern und sauber ist.
