Ms.Hoa and her colleagues are friendly and supported us a lot.
The washing machine should be checked quarterly. It run all night that made us not sleep well

Khách sạn yên tĩnh, rất phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi. Khuôn viên có sân vườn nhỏ xinh, ngồi uống cà phê hoặc thư giãn rất dễ chịu. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Nhân viên thân thiện, luôn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khi cần.
Vị trí cũng rất thuận tiện, gần bảo tàng, nhiều quán ăn chay, quán trà và công viên nước nên đi lại, ăn uống hay tham quan đều dễ dàng. Nếu có dịp, mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi ra Hà Nội lần tới. cảm ơn Anh và đội ngũ đã hỗ trợ chúng mình

i have to think really deep about it! maybe the entrance was not bad. and they were kind to cancel the rest of my booking after first night.
to towel, no soap, no proper communication, spring matrix (uncomfortable). what was really annoying is that after multiple lines of communication, i didn’t manage to get soap from them for toilet! they just told me they don’t give soap (what kind of place is that?). the worse is the communication. they don’t speak english, that’s fine. but it’s just lack of hospitality
