The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything I needed for a five-night stay. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, and the tea, coffee and toiletries were nice touches. The Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast, the bed was comfortable and the location was ideal - within easy walking distance of Brindleyplace and the city centre, with several supermarkets nearby. The host was also very responsive and helpful.
There was some traffic noise from the busy road outside, particularly with the windows open, although it didn’t affect my sleep. There were also a few minor practical niggles, including no plug for the kitchen sink and having to find the Wi-Fi details myself. A simple welcome/information sheet would have been useful.

The property was clean, well-presented, and exactly as described in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and overall it was comfortable and convenient.
The only downside was the mattress, which my husband found too soft. I personally slept comfortably, but it may not suit guests who prefer a firmer bed.
