The upper home features a bright living room with a dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking with a coffee maker, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, and cookware.



The private lower-level studio has its own entrance and includes a full-size bed, a comfortable seating area, a dining/work nook, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, hot and cold water dispenser, and dining essentials.

Dogs are $150 per pet, per stay. Approved extra guests beyond the booking are $50 plus tax per person, per night.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Free onsite parking is available.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval, for $150 per pet, per stay. Please ask us before you book so we can confirm.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

Self check-in is by keypad and access details are sent before arrival, so you can arrive on your own schedule. We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. The primary guest must be 25 or older and must stay onsite. Approved extra guests beyond the booking are $50 plus tax per person, per night. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and we require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the area.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



There is no pool or spa at the home, and no air conditioning - portable air coolers are provided, and coastal San Diego stays mild. The fireplace is decorative only.



Please note that this is an older, character-filled home. Some of the cups, dishes and kitchenware are older or vintage pieces, which is part of its charm.



The lower-level rooms are not part of this rental.
