About this apartment rental
Top-floor condo with central location in Breckenridge, quick access to lifts and an easy walk to Main Street, dining, and après-ski. Short walk to Snowflake or Quicksilver lifts then return home via the nearby Four O'Clock run. Cozy living space with gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony showcasing stunning mountain views. This recently remodeled condo features a top-floor setting that provides added privacy and quiet.
The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that has everything you will need for a very enjoyable stay. We use the unit regularly and have set it up first and foremost for comfort and convenience. Adjacent to the entrance is a lockable storage closet for skis, snowboards, boots and even a sled or two. The bedrooms are separated by the entrance hallway and are very private with both having in-suite bathrooms. The deck is spacious and offers awesome views of Mount Baldy and the beautiful Colorado landscape, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Parking is available for 2 cars in the outdoor spaces, covered parking is also available on a first come basis.
The condo is on the third floor so be aware there are a few steps to climb, no elevator.

I guess the place just got sold . The new owners know what they are doing .the check in process was smooth and the unit was super clean and well decorated. Planning to rent the place again this year during ski season.
