Every unit is self-contained with its own bathroom and private entrance. The two-floor layout naturally creates two wings, upper and lower, giving large groups a way to organize without being on top of each other. Cedar's upper-floor balcony and Cypress's ground-level patio give the group two distinct outdoor perches overlooking Eighth Street.

OUTDOOR + COMMUNAL SPACES

The Timberline Collection's shared communal area is the heart of the property for a group this size, seating, a picnic table, a new grill, and a large umbrella. Add in Cedar's balcony and Cypress's street-facing patio and you have three outdoor spaces to rotate through. It's a full in-town experience without leaving the property.

THE BUILDING

The Timberline Collection is a character-filled older building that's been remodeled with genuine care. Economy upscale, thoughtfully done, well-maintained, and priced for groups who want the real Traverse City experience without the resort markup. Every unit has its own tree namesake and a design language that's warm and consistent across the whole property.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Right on the TART Trail, steps from The Filling Station, Raduno, and some of TC's best local restaurants and shops. This is a real, alive neighborhood, and there's a nightclub behind the building that picks up in the evenings. Every unit is equipped with a sound machine. Groups taking the full building tend to lean into the energy of the block anyway, it's part of why this corner of TC is so worth staying in. Worth knowing in advance either way.
