• Pool/spa heat: 40 USD/night for the entire stay. Must be requested in advance; same-day/after-arrival requests incur a 50 USD service fee. Pool/spa heating may be affected by extremely cold weather and is unavailable April–October.
• Pool technician visits weekly at unannounced times via the exterior/lanai only.
• Maximum 4 vehicles; no exceptions. Commercial vehicles with logos, trailers, RVs, and boats are prohibited.
• Garage is not accessible.
• Self-catering home: starter supplies include 1 trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels & dish soap. Bring/purchase additional supplies, toiletries, pool/beach towels, condiments, and spices.
• No usable BBQ grill. A rental grill may be arranged for an additional fee.
• No pets, indoor smoking, parties, or events.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM.
• USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts; we cannot be responsible for mail/packages.
