*ANIMALS*
Pets are not allowed.

* WASHER/DRYER *
The storage area in the basement where the washer and dryer are located is locked with a padlock. Guests can request it, and we will provide them with the code.

* ACCESS TO THE LAKE *
If you want to swim or paddleboard (SUP), we have access to the municipal beach of Lac des Îles, an 11-minute drive away.

*TOWELS*
Bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for the spa.

* FIREPLACE / LOGS *
There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. Guests must bring their own wood, kindling, and lighter as they tend to disappear. Firewood purchase info is provided in the Guest Manual.

*NOISE*
A Noise Aware noise detector is installed to warn us when the noise exceeds a certain decibel limit. We also have security cameras installed outside the chalet. We really want to only welcome calm guests, because the owners of our area value the tranquility of the place. Your cooperation allows us to maintain a harmonious relationship with the community.

*SECURITY CAMERA*
For your safety, security cameras are installed outside the chalet, including one facing the main entrance. No cameras are pointing toward private areas such as balconies or the spa area.

* SPA *
We have a professional company that comes to treat our spa once a week.

*LADYBUGS*


The changing seasons of spring and autumn also bring the arrival of small, colorful visitors seeking warmth: Asian ladybugs, an invasive species. You may therefore encounter them during your stay during these periods. Rest assured, they are completely harmless.
