We live in the condo under the guest unit and we are happy to address any question either via phone/text or in person.

You can walk up the hill to the Robbins Farm Park to enjoy a magnificent view of Boston and to let the kids play in the playground. There are also community gardening, a community basketball court and a baseball field in the park.
You can also take a walk down the hill to the Menotomy Rock park, a peaceful piece of nature in the middle of the town. Adults would enjoy the walk around the pond and kids would enjoy the playground or the climbing on the Menotomy rock in the hidden part of the park.

It is a standalone guest unit. All parts of the guest unit are for the guests to use.



You will have your own two bedrooms and one bathroom unit with a Kitchenette and an open living and dining space. The unit can accommodate up to six people and the space, with the high speed internet, is suitable for working-from-home.

The guest unit has everything you need to prepare your own breakfast or to cook a simple meal, including fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, egg maker, juicer, rice maker, crock pot, portable induction cook-top, dishwasher, and all the necessary dinnerware, utensils and cutlery. (There is no stove or conventional oven in the guest unit).

The guest unit is stocked with essential toiletries, towels and linens. washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, and hair dryer are also available for use.

There is one overnight parking space on the driveway for a Medium Size Car / Compact SUV and plenty of free street parking.

* The area is covered by both Uber and Lyft services.
* Public transportation to Cambridge, Boston, and other nearby towns is just a short walk away. (Read more below)
* Biking: The Minuteman Commuter Bike-way down the hill will take you to the center of Arlington and to the community park near the Spy Pond. You can bike on the Bike-way to Cambridge Somerville, and down to the Charles River and Boston. If you decide to bike away from the city you can bike to Lexington, Bedford and all the way to Concord. The Bike-way is mostly shaded and can be comfortably used in a hot day.
