This comfortable, self-contained holiday home of 32 m² offers a private, homely layout and exceptional leisure facilities, making it ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating break. Perfect for couples or small families, this home stands out and access to a gym. Outside, you’ll enjoy a small, sunny private terrace, equipped with garden furniture as well as access to a refreshing communal outdoor swimming pool. The bright and welcoming interior is fully air-conditioned and spread over two levels, with central heating. The ground floor opens onto a a cosy space centred around a comfortable seating area, a dining table and a television. Designed to make meal preparation easy, the fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. A well-maintained family bathroom, with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet completes layout of the ground floor.
The sleeping areas, designed for optimal rest, can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Upstairs, a charming open-plan mezzanine is furnished with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), creating an intimate and cosy retreat. On the ground floor, a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) provides a high-quality extra sleeping space for two people. Families travelling with a young child can also make use of the space provided for an extra cot, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay for everyone.)
There is no washing machine in the accommodation, but there is a laundry room in the residence.
