Designed for families and small groups, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers everything needed for a memorable Florida getaway.

The home features a bright and welcoming living area with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, along with a cozy breakfast nook overlooking the private pool area — the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee. A spacious dining area provides plenty of room for family meals, game nights, or planning your next adventure. 🍽️

Step outside to your private screened-in patio and enjoy the Florida sunshine in the heatable south facing swimming pool and hot tub (pool and spa heat available for an additional fee). Whether you're swimming, relaxing poolside, or unwinding in the evening, the outdoor space offers a peaceful retreat for guests of all ages. A convenient full bathroom (outside access only) is also located near the pool area.

🔑 Good to Know

This is a self-catering vacation home. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including:

• 1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 trash bags
• 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods
• Small dish detergent and hand soaps

Guests are encouraged to purchase any additional supplies needed during their stay, including toiletries, paper products, coffee, and coffee filters.

Please note that daily housekeeping service is not included.

🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)

• No smoking inside the home or pool area
(Minimum $350 + tax cleaning fee if violated)
• No pets allowed
(Violation may result in additional fees and eviction without refund)
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• The lead guest must remain present throughout the stay
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
(Community enforced)

Failure to comply with house rules may result in eviction without refund and additional charges for damages or violations.
