Regular cleanliness must be maintained at all times and is fully responsible for the proper care of the premises, including all furniture, appliances, and non-structural elements. Any non-structural maintenance or repairs resulting from misuse, negligence, or lack of proper care will be the sole responsibility of the Guest.
The Host reserves the right to notify the Guest of any insufficient maintenance or cleanliness. If corrective action is not taken, an appropriate maintenance or repair fee will be charged accordingly.
