With a private courtyard and a layout built for everyday comfort, this is a relaxed Wellington base for families, groups or work trips.

• Bedroom one – queen bed with wardrobe storage.
• Bedroom two – queen bed, ideal for family or additional guests.
• Sofa bed in the living area, handy for extra guests.
• Two bathrooms, each with a heated toilet seat, bidet and heated towel rails
• Open-plan living and dining area.
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics and appliances.
• Washer/dryer combo for longer stays.
• Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
• Private courtyard for outdoor relaxation.
• Porta cot and highchair available on request.
Parking:
There`s no dedicated carpark, but free street parking is available right outside on this quiet, easy-to-park street.
Guest access:
You`ll have full private access to the townhouse for the length of your stay. Check-in is self-service via an electronic lock, with details sent through at 10.00am on your arrival day. You`re welcome in from 3.00pm.
Getting around:
Epuni Train Station is a seven-minute walk away, and local buses service the area well. Lower Hutt is a short drive, with Wellington`s waterfront and CBD around 20 to 25 minutes by car and the airport roughly 30 minutes out. Uber and taxis operate throughout the area if you`d rather leave the car behind.

This part of Lower Hutt sits close to local parks and walking areas, a handful of nearby cafés, and the Lower Hutt shopping district for anything you need day to day. When you`re after a bit more, Wellington CBD brings museums, restaurants and nightlife well within reach.
