The Space:

Outside

Step out your front door and you’re practically already there — the beach is just a 3-

minute stroll away. No stairs, no elevator, no hassle. Beach chairs and an umbrella are

included so you never have to haul gear.

Inside

The open-concept layout keeps things comfortable and easy. The living and dining area flows right into the full kitchen — great for whipping up breakfast before the beach or a simple dinner in. Kick back in the comfortable recliners after a long beach day, or settle in for a movie on the smart TV. Reliable Wi-Fi means remote workers are fully covered. And with an in-unit washer and dryer, you can pack light and keep things fresh throughout your stay.



🛌 Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4)

• Primary Bedroom: Spacious king bed, large closet, and a dedicated TV — your own private retreat to decompress at the end of the day

• Sunroom: Just past the primary bedroom, this cozy bonus room features a daybed for 2 and its own door leading out to the back patio — perfect for a little extra breathing room



Kitchen

Fully equipped with everything you need for real meals — no need to eat out every night if you’d rather keep it simple and save.



Bathroom

The full bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen and keeps things simple and functional — just like the rest of the space. You’ve got a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo, everything you need to rinse off after a day at the beach and get right back to relaxing.



Guest Access:

Check-in and check-out are seamless with a digital smart lock — your unique access code will be sent shortly before arrival. Ground-floor entry means no waiting for elevators and easy haul-in for your bags and groceries.



The Neighborhood:

You’re in Cocoa Beach with Cape Canaveral right next door — one of the most unique stretches of the Space Coast. Close to everything, quiet enough to actually unwind.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 50 minutes away. A car is the easiest way to get around, and rideshare through Uber and Lyft is readily available. Everything in the immediate area — beach, pier, restaurants, and grocery — is a short drive or walkable.
