Located in Campagnola di Zevio, just a few kilometers south of Verona, the property offers 2 single rooms with French beds and small balconies, plus 1 shared bathroom on the first floor.
A fully equipped shared kitchen is available, including a kettle, coffee machine, and complimentary capsules. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, and private air conditioning in each room, as well as a shared living room with TV. Shared washing machine and dryer are available on request. Underfloor heating is adjustable via thermostat (from November 1 to April 15). The property is shared with the owner. Guests under 18 are not permitted.
Airport and train station shuttle service (up to 4 seats) are available for an extra fee.
