About this apartment rental
Spacious two bedroom next to the woods, above the beach, and close to the stadium and downtown. Drive to the waterfront and stadium in fifteen minutes or hop a ride down to the ten minute direct ferry. This is family-friendly, safe, and peaceful neighborhood that is also walking distance from the beach and restaurants either on the roads or on a trail through our woods.

The unit was super clean and well maintained. Alexis was a cordial and welcoming host and she provided easy directions for entering, check out, and parking. The location is very nice—about a .7mi walk to Alki beach—beautiful views, shops, and local restaurants—and about a 15 minute drive to Seattle. Would stay here again for sure!

We stayed here for my daughter’s sand volleyball tournament on Alki beach. The property was a perfect size for the 3 of us. It has a full kitchen where we were able to cook our own food (plenty of pots, pans, and eating utensils). The beds, linen’s, and towels were very comfortable.The bathroom was large with plenty of water pressure and hot water.During our stay, we made the short drive to the beach each day (very petty views from this beach). We picked up our groceries from Trader Joe’s (about 5 minute drive). Ate at a couple of the restaurants on the beach. Took the lime bikes for a ride down the board walk. And visited down town Seattle. This property is in a quiet neighborhood where we were able to get good rest between days. The location is also only 20 minutes from Sea-Tac and only 20 mins from downtown Seattle.
