Struttura storica immersa nel verde. Giardino circostante stupendo con bellissimo visite d'ingresso.
Bellissimo castello che domina il territorio circostante con le loro vigne di proprietà.
Bella la visita nella loro cantina con degustazione dei loro vini.
Suite molto grande. Doppi servizi igienici.
Arredi in tema "storico".
Se si vuole trascorrere un weekend immerso nelle atmosfere e nel fascino di un antico castello nel Chianti, circondati dalla natura, dai boschi e dai vigneti, è decisamente la scelta giusta.
Ovviamente la struttura antica ha il suo fascino e tutti i "pro" di una location storica ma anche i suoi "contro".
Letti, arredi e mobilio sono giustamente in linea con la "storicità" dell'edificio, ma li ho trovati un po' "âgé", anche il bagno era un po' "anni 80".
Porte comunicati con altre suite decisamente non "ermetiche".
La colazione è molto intenzionale. Un po' formale. Adatto sicuramente ad un pubblico prettamente straniero.
La reception chiude alle 19. Poi non c'è più nessuno.
Non c'è pulizia della camera.
Ovviamente sono piccoli cavilli per trovare il pelo nell'uovo. Però essendo un castello così blasonato ci stava segnalarlo.

El lugar es hermoso tiene una vista hermosa la ubicación estaba muy bien la verdad fue muy agradable y nos resolvieron muy bien excelente.
Que no pude quedarme más días 😔

We absolutely loved it and did seriously consider extending the stay. Staff were very friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp, wine making tour interesting and food best across the whole Italian leg of our road trip (note that restaurant is open only on Fridays and Saturdays between 7 and 9 pm). A special shout out to Krystyna for a super informative wine tasting session we enjoyed a lot.
Rooms in Santa Caterina are a bit basic and felt crude so a few changes could be made to make the space feel more cosy.

The location and views from this place are nothing short of breathtaking. Garden and territory are beautiful, appartments spacious.
