We stayed in the apartment for a week (a group of 4). Communication with the hosts before our stay was excellent—they were incredibly responsive and polite. The building is old and neglected, but the apartment itself looks renovated, clean, and spacious, and it was generally very comfortable and accessible. Most of the amenities worked perfectly. The location is also highly convenient, close to public transit and within walking distance of a supermarket.
Unfortunately, several issues ruined our experience. The electric kettle kept malfunctioning, and the sofa was dirty and uncomfortable. For a 4-person, week-long stay, we were provided with barely one roll of toilet paper and only 2 dishwasher tablets. When I asked for more, the host replied, 'this is not an all-inclusive hotel and we are not obligated to provide this.' In all my previous travel experiences, hosts gladly provide these basic necessities. After we checked out, the owner messaged us, accusing us of missing items from the apartment. Nothing was taken of course; they simply did not look properly. Without these issues and the poor attitude, we would have given a higher rating."
